No Change-of-Mind Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if an item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Significantly different from what was described
- Damaged upon arrival
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging at ivoryandmuse.studio@gmail.com.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customised or personalised products
- Gift cards
- Digital/downloadable products
Refunds If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off PeriodIf your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
